10/10!!!! Way better than Duncan BBQ in lone oak! The food is amazing! And they have burned pork ends! I generally don’t like Cole slaw because of the mayo but this place is has one of the most refreshing coleslaws I’ve had. Top tier! Highly recommend. If you’re driving past it and don’t stop, you are missing out. The staff is also amazing! Seriously thank you guys for the dinner/ feeding my family tonight. You have a costumer for LIFE! Btw, definitely will cater with yall in September!

I went through them to cater lunch for my company, the food was outstanding, delivered on time and hot! Everyone loved all the food so much. The brisket was so tender and juicy! Highly recommend!

Best ribs and potato salad around. Bbq sauce is also amazing but you don’t need it! -Went back multiple times and wanted to update the community that this is by far the best spot for ribs!

Absolutely delicious BBQ no complaints from any of my picky kids or husband. We got the poppers which are TO DIE FOR a must try if you call yourself a true Texan, they will not disappoint. We also had the brisket, turkey, and jalapeno cheddar sausage and they were all smoked perfectly and actually did not dry out when reheated! It was just as delicious! Seriously if you haven't tried them it's worth the trip!

The owner is always friendly! The food is delicious! The ranch/bbq sauce is amazing! The little piggy combo is such a great deal! I love the picnic tables outdoors!

I visited Burns Bbq & Catering Co. in Greenville, Texas this week for lunch. I have followed their page for a while but have not made the time to visit until now. I ordered a variety of the meats that are available on weekdays as well as one side. The staff was friendly, their process was fast and the space was clean for a food truck in a grass and gravel parking lot. Brisket: I ordered sliced with a portion of lean as well as moist. Ordering to go means your meat portions are wrapped in foil and placed in a bag which can make it meld together vs being served on a platter or in a container with open air space. I tried a piece from each portion and it had good flavor. Turkey breast: this was moist and had a small drizzle of sauce that complimented the turkey very well. Jalapeño cheese sausage: smooth grind with small pieces of pepper and cheese, this was great. Pork belly burnt ends: these were tougher than I would have liked but the flavor was good. Pork spare ribs: great crust, flavor and consistency. Pinto beans: simple soft beans- these were perfect. Overall I should have ordered less and ate it on site vs taking a bite of each item then going home to reheat later. Some BBQ is not great when reheated. I ordered 7 pounds of brisket 4 pounds of sausage with Ricky. It came with a huge tub of barbecue sauce, onions and pickles. Burns BBQ is so moist and tender with the perfect amount of flavor. A lot of my guests wanted doggy bags. Whether you're passing through town or planning for a party, they are easy to find on Hwy 34 in Quinlan. Went by here this afternoon to try it for the first time. Everyone though it was fantastic. We had 1lb of Brisket, Jap cheddar sausage, turkey, burnt ends. We got a dozen hot links and the loaded fries.
